It was another busy holiday for us photographing Holiday and Christmas parties throughout the Tampa Bay area. We do event photography, Santa and Photo Booth Services while also taking Holiday Family Portraits and Surprise Proposals.
Our first holiday party and event photography for the season was at East Bay County Club in Largo, Florida for Pole State Defense. For this party, they had us for roaming photography, photobooth and on location printing. This is a deluxe package including photo booth setup with photo booth props, printer and computer, and reception lighting options. We know they loved the photos. They were a fun group and many military veterans in attendance!
On that same weekend, we provided a Santa Photo booth setup for the employees of Great Bay Distributors at their office in St. Petersburg, FL. This was so fun and so cute. We love capturing these memories for the families – and its great working for Santa! Great Bay has over 350 employees so there are lots of children that are part of the extended Great Bay Distributor Family. Can you believe this, Great Bay has a holiday party just for the kids of their team. For this party, they have a face painter, a caricature artist and a juggler – how cool is that!
That same Saturday, we were at Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront Hotel Downtown for a Christmas Party for Tierra, Inc. This was so fun to photograph. Every year Tierra has a theme for their party. This year the theme was “The 90’s”. As a child born in 82′, this was so fun and epic! I remember the entire playlist of songs the DJ played. Teirra hired The Party Pond decorate the Grand Ballroom with festive and colorful decor. The glitter photo backdrop was great for the photo booth.
The following weekend on Friday night, we were headed to The James Museum in Downtown St. Pete for a formal portrait station setup. As the guests walked in, we took their photographs on our gold backdrop and printed 4×6 photos while they waited. Guests love getting these photos in a keepsake photo frame.
On that Saturday, we were busy with two events. The first event was another Santa Booth and this time it was for The Founders Club in Sarasota, Florida. Playing Santa’s elf is a very fun job. Families love getting printed photos of their children with Santa. Later that evening we were back at The Founders Club for Walsh and Associates Annual holiday party. This was the 5th returning for Walsh and Associates in Sarasota, Florida and wow has this family grown! Every year we take both formal and casual and fun photos of their guests on a backdrop as well as the formal Christmas Tree in the lobby at The Founders Club. This group in particular loves to use our images from this event for lots and lots of holiday cards.
Our final Holiday Party was for the St. Pete Bar Association. This event returned to the Renaissance Vinoy Resort and Golf Club in St. Petersburg, Florida. Just like the first holiday event at East Bay County Club, we did the deluxe package which includes the entire photo booth setup with props, printer, computer, as well as reception lighting. This was a much larger event with over 200 attendees and the space was 3x the size.
