This event was photographed in collaboration with Xina Scuderi Photography, led by Xina Scuderi, who managed the on-location portrait station alongside trusted technician, Gabe. Working together ensured seamless coverage throughout the evening – from key moments and candid interactions on the ballroom floor to energetic dancing as the live band kept the celebration going.
We recently provided full-service corporate event photography for an annual corporate gala held at The Vinoy St. Petersburg Resort & Golf Club. The evening featured a casino-themed celebration, professionally designed décor by Cheers Events, interactive casino tables for employees, management speeches reflecting on the past year, and cash door prize giveaways. Our coverage included roaming event photography as well as a luxury on-location portrait station with on-site prints, allowing guests to take home a polished keepsake from the night.
Roaming Photography: Capturing the Story as it Happened
Throughout the evening, we moved seamlessly through the event capturing the energy as it unfolded. Roaming photography allowed us to document not only guest interactions and atmosphere, but also the key moments that mattered most to the company.
We photographed the management speeches reflecting on the past year, celebrating milestones, achievements, and team successes.
