Birthday parties are fun events especially when its Jimmy Buffet themed and there is a live band playing their favorite tunes. Over the weekend I was the Event Photographer for Paul’s 70th Birthday Party at their Safety Harbor home. Host Amy told me that the party was Jimmy Buffet themed which gave me an opportunity to get properly attired for the event – that is the Hawain/tropical shirt, leis, and everything else you keep just for these occasions. Sorry but there are no photos of me to share – bummer.
The 70th Birthday Party was attended by about 40 of Paul’s and Amy’s friends, family and neighbors. Food was provided by The Stuffed Mushroom and the band was JK Crum Entertainment who rocked the party. Amy also told me that she had a special banner made celebrating Paul’s 70th Birthday party so I brought a few of my favorite Photo Booth props to the party. The props were a big hit as you can see from the photos!
Having an Event Photographer at events such as Birthday Parties allows the host, which are often close family and friends, the opportunity to socialize and have fun without worrying about taking photos. Host Amy made me feel like part of the family and I hope to work with her again soon!
