Absolutely. While most of our sessions are in Tampa Bay, we frequently photograph in Orlando area, and beyond.
Are you insured and can you provide a certificate for venues?
Yes, we carry full professional liability insurance, and we’re happy to provide COIs (Certificates of Insurance) for your venue or property management. This is often required for wedding venues, hotels, and event spaces in Florida.
How fast do you deliver the photos?
Turnaround times vary, but most sessions are delivered within 7–10 days, with wedding galleries typically completed in 4–6 weeks. We also offer expedited editing upon request.
Do you offer headshots stations at corporate events?
Yes! We offer mobile headshot photography for conventions, conferences, and expos across Tampa Bay. Our setup includes studio lighting and instant photo delivery for your team or event attendees.
What areas do you serve for photography sessions?
We are based in St. Petersburg, Florida, and serve the entire Tampa Bay area, including Clearwater, Tampa, Sarasota, and Treasure Island. We’re also available for destination weddings and events throughout Florida and available for travel outside the state.

Absolutely! We offer one-stop proposal photography that includes our signature luxury picnic setups. We also work with local vendors for arches, floral arrangements, and decor to elevate your experience.
Do you offer sunset photo sessions on the beach?
Yes! Our most popular sessions are at sunset on the beaches of Clearwater, St. Pete Beach, and Sarasota. These golden-hour shoots are ideal for engagements, proposals, and romantic portraits.
Do you photograph corporate events and business conferences?
Yes, we cover corporate event photography including award ceremonies, networking mixers, holiday parties, and multi-day conferences. Our clients include Fortune 500 companies and small businesses across Florida.
How far in advance should I book my wedding photographer?
We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance, especially for Tampa Bay weddings during peak seasons. We offer engagement sessions, full-day wedding coverage, and custom packages.
Can we include our pets in the photoshoot?
Of course! We love when couples bring their dogs (or other furry friends!) to engagement sessions, family portraits, or even proposal shoots on the beach or in local parks. However, some locations have restrictions for pets so we have to take that into account. Please let us know if you plan on bringing your pet.
Can you edit and style our photographs for the latest trends?
Yes! We stay up to date with the latest photography editing trends and can tailor the look of your images to suit your style. You’ll have access to your private online gallery where you can easily select your favorite images and order prints directly. We’re also happy to assist with custom print orders and album design.
